138 I'm not a person who reads self-help books, or little daily words of motivation or positivity or anything else. I first heard of Light Watkins in a Yoga with Adrienne podcast/interview after my 24 year old daughter had committed suicide and I was in a dark place. On a whim I purchased the book because I knew I needed all the extra things to help me get out of the black hole I had sunk into. There have been other positive moves I've made that I had never attempted before as well, but there are days this book speaks to me. You don't have to take the daily doses in order. Some days I just flip it open to see where it lands. To hope that if I need to be told something I'll land on it. Other days I methodically work my way through. I go without looking at it for weeks, and then bring it back when I need to connect with message. I love this book. I now follow Light Watkins and have to say, he's wonderful in all mediums!
